Melamine faced eco board (also known as paint-free board) is a premium decorative panel produced by hot-pressing melamine-impregnated decorative paper onto engineered wood substrate. It eliminates the need for post-production painting, reducing VOC emissions and shortening furniture manufacturing cycles.
Our eco boards are manufactured with high-density core material and strict production control, featuring flat surface, consistent thickness and stable dimensional performance. The melamine surface provides excellent scratch resistance, stain resistance and moisture resistance, making daily cleaning and maintenance simple and efficient.
