(“we”, “us”, “our”) provides this Refund & Return Policy to clarify all terms for orders of construction formwork, eco boards and decorative composite panels placed on our official website. By placing orders with us, you acknowledge and fully accept all rules below.

1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation & Full Refund

If you need to cancel your order before we start mass production, please send a written cancellation request via email or website contact form. We will issue a full refund of your deposit within 7 working days after confirmation.

Once production has commenced, partial cancellation is not supported; only adjustments to product specifications are available upon mutual negotiation.

2. Return & Refund Eligibility After Delivery

We accept returns or partial refunds only under the following valid conditions:

  1. Delivered goods have obvious damage, deformation or cracking caused by improper packaging during transportation (supported by clear photos/videos within 48 hours of cargo arrival);
  2. The received size, thickness, veneer type or quantity seriously deviates from the confirmed order contract;
  3. Products fail to meet the agreed quality standards and cannot be used for construction projects.Customized wood panels made according to your exclusive drawing, size and technical requirements are non-refundable and non-returnable unless we deliver incorrect goods.

3. Disqualification for Return & Refund

We reject return or refund requests in these cases:

  1. Damages caused by improper storage, cutting, construction operation or man-made wear after receiving the goods;
  2. Customers place orders with wrong specifications without double-checking our pre-production confirmation samples;
  3. Over 48 hours after cargo arrival without providing any damage evidence;
  4. Bulk goods that have been partially used, processed or modified on site.

4. Shipping Cost Allocation

  • If returns are caused by our production error or packaging defect: we bear all return freight and replacement delivery costs;
  • If returns are requested due to buyer’s personal order mistake, project plan change or subjective dissatisfaction: all return shipping fees, customs duties and restocking charges shall be covered by the buyer.

5. Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect returned goods, we will process your refund within 10 working days. Refunds will be transferred to your original payment account via T/T or other payment channels you used for the order. Bank transfer fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted as required by the bank.

6. Return Application Procedure

  1. Submit a formal return request through our website contact form, including order number, product photos, damage videos and detailed explanation;
  2. Our sales team will review your application within 24 hours and reply with a handling plan;
  3. Follow our designated logistics route to send back goods after we approve the return;
  4. We will complete inspection and refund after receiving the returned intact cargo.

7. Policy Revision Right

We reserve the right to adjust this Refund & Return Policy in accordance with business and international trade rules. The updated version will be published on our website with the latest update date, and subsequent orders will follow the revised terms.
